The Tula plant announces the order for an export deal for a standard pre-fabricated sports hall 15W x 30L x 7.2H in Tskhinvali, the Republic of South Ossetia. The main client is one of the local boarding schools. With the support of Russian commercial structures and a thorough analysis of manufacturers of prefabricated steel buildings for 2 years in Russia and the CIS countries, it was the Tula plant that was chosen because of its extensive experience in the design and manufacture of complete sports facilities (especially on the Crimean Peninsula for the Aksenov Administration)
The gym consists of two main parts: Part No. 1 (the gym itself with an internal height of 6 m) and Part No. 2 - a technical area (changing rooms, a corridor, showers, a recreation room, an electrical room, a room for storing sports equipment) The hall includes an ultra-modern roof skylight with 3 meters of width for natural lighting (significant savings on electricity even in winter) and several automatic sections for natural ventilation (including the ground control unit) For the technical area, all internal non-combustible partitions (100mm, RAL 9003) and openings (for windows and doors) were included into the building kit.
The prefabricated building uses modern windows with polycarbonate (a special version specifically for sports facilities. 8-layer, 40mm with a warm profile. Polycarbonate, in contrast to double-glazed windows, diffuses light and facilitates games and sports events on sunny days. Plus, the thermal insulation properties are higher.) The complete set of the building includes all fire doors with anti-panic and door closer.
Steel load-bearing structures are designed on the basis of the most modern LSGF technology (cold-formed galvanized profiles are used for columns, trusses and a run-through system) All secondary elements made out of ferrous metal are supplied only on the basis of high-quality powder coating (without GF-021 primer), which makes metal structures premium in terms of corrosion protection for many years to come. The steel frame is 100% assembled on the basis of bolted connections. For production, ONLY Ist class of metal zinc coating (S350) is used. Strips of Novolipetsk MC.
The pre-fabricated steel frame is sheathed with non-combustible sandwich panels with increased thickness at the construction site (walls - 120mm and roof - 150mm. Density of RockWool - 110 kg / cubic meter, Profiled sheet thickness - at least 0.5mm) aimed at improving thermal insulation properties. Such steel buildings can be heated without gas with electricity.

During the solemn event, representatives of the Presidential Administration participated in the acceptance of the sports facility. Children from a local school held a demonstration concert with a performance in front of the President of South Ossetia - Anatoly Bibilov, who was extremely satisfied with the speed of the construction of the sports hall and the quality of the enclosing and supporting structures. Also, an excursion was held for the President in the technical area of the gym - locker rooms for children, showers, a room for teachers, etc.
