PK Vesta plant announces the order of a pre-fabricated supermarket 18W x 24L x 6H in Mogilev, Belarus for one of the largest modern nurseries of deciduous and coniferous plants on more than 50 hectares of land (container growing of seedlings, plants in the ground, more than 300 names of green plants, shrubs) There’s the modern technical base. The client actively cooperates with construction companies, landscape designers and amateur gardeners.
The owners of the peasant farm chose the Tula plant because of its extensive international experience of working with different countrie/global markets to create their own retail chain of stores in Belarus.
The building kit consists of load-bearing and enclosing structures. Lightweight metal structures are designed on the basis of the latest construction technology LSGF (cold-formed galvanized profiles), which has many advantages over the classic Rigid Framing (welded ferrous metal beams):
1) no expensive corrosion paint is required after the steel building has been erected,
2) lower metal consumption gives considerable savings in foundation work (less concrete and reinforcement)
3) savings on delivery (the capacity of finished products in euro trucks is 20-25% higher than with ferrous metal)
Only premium metal (S350 steel with I class - zinc plating 275 g / m2) is used for exports.
For cladding the steel frame, we use premium non-combustible sandwich panels (mineral Rockwool) with the thickness of 100 mm on the walls and 120 mm on the roof (mineral Rockwool density - at least 110 kg / cubic meter, profiled sheet thickness - at least 0.5 mm) The building kit includes all shaped and fastening elements.
The owner of the farm decided to make a store in a classic brand style with a combination of the following colors: Green (6002), White (9003) and Gray (7004) On side A, the entire wall will be made of glass facades (double-glazed window, profile - 70mm, glass - 40mm) with entry group 2W x 2.1H. Also, there is a canopy of profiled sheet along the steel building on both sides for the working area.
