PK Vesta plant announces the completion of the 24x60x6 prefabricated steel warehouse from LSGF in Okulovka village, Russia
PK Vesta plant announces the completion of the installation of a 24W x 60L x 6L prefabricated warehouse made out of LSGF in the village of Okulovka, Russia. One of the oldest furniture factories (our old customer) in Russia decided to expand the warehouse facilities at its own factory. The 24m single span was chosen in a classic gable design without columns inside the steel building.
The most modern LSGF technology was applied. Most of the load-bearing lightweight structures consist of galvanized cold-formed elements, which provide significant savings to the client in comparison with a welded ferrous metal beam. As a result, a considerable amount of money is saved on the application of special paint against corrosion, which is not used at all in this project. Plus, due to the reduced metal consumption (LSGF), the client saves on foundation work, including delivery (all profiles are compact when loaded in a euro truck)
The steel building is sheathed with high quality non-combustible sandwich panels. All fittings and fasteners are included in the building package. Inside aa building a new series of storage racks is placed for local products.
