PK Vesta plant announces the order of a pre-fabricated supermarket with warehouse 30W x 60L x 6H in Makhachkala, Russia. Expanding the range of typical prefabricated steel buildings in the southern part of Russia, the PK Vesta plant applied a classic reliable HYBRID system (a combination of Riging Framing and LSGF - columns made out of welded beams and trusses with girders - made out of cold-formed galvanized profiles) Inside a single-span building there will be 100% complete free space without vertical columns for placement trade racks and store warehouse stocks. The load-bearing steel frame is sheathed with non-combustible sandwich panels (walls - 100mm, roof - 150mm). All shaped fasteners are included in the building kit. Only premium quality material is used (mineral wool density - not less than 00 kg / cubic meter, profiled sheet thickness - not less than 0.5 mm, 1st metal galvanized class - from 275 g / m2, only Russian metal from metallurgical plant) All necessary climatic zones at the construction site were carefully considered (1st snow, 5th wind and 8 seismic points)
At the end of the steel building, it is planned to place glass facades (double-glazed windows, 60mm profile, glass thickness - 40mm, white, 2-contour sealant) with tape along the long side.
