PK Vesta plant announces the order of the next series of standard car washes 8x42x4 in Tula, Russia
PK Vesta plant announces the order of a new standard car wash made out of light metal structures (LSGF) 8W x 42L x 4H in Tula, Russia. The car wash is designed for 6 walk-through posts and an intermediate zone for customers in the middle of the steel building. The load-bearing steel frame is based on the most modern LSGF technology (zinc-coated cold-formed profiles) From 2021 all ferrous metal parts made out of the black metal (about 30% of the total steel frame weight) are supplied on the basis of high-quality powder coating, which ensures 100% anti-corrosion resistance of the building for many years to come. 100% bolted-together connections make it easy to install a car wash (like a LEGO constructor) and eliminate any mistakes during the assembly of a lightweight steel frame.
The external thermal contour of the steel building consists of classic non-combustible sandwich panels (100mm for the walls and 150mm for the roof). The complete set of the building includes all fittings and fasteners. Non-standard colors have been chosen for the facades: RAL 9005 (Black) and RAL 1018 (Yellow) Inside the car wash, the client will install modern German equipment, which has no analogues in the Tula region. The steel building is designed for installation on a reinforced concrete slab.
The prefabricated car wash was calculated in the free online service WebSteel.
