Plant PK Vesta announces the order of a prefabricated steel warehouse 24x52x6 for storage of auto parts and electric motors in Ulyanovsk, Russia
After a long detailed technical analysis among factories in Russia, one of the local engineering companies decided to place an order at the Tula plant of PK Vesta for the manufacture of a prefabricated warehouse 24W x 52L x 6H made out of light metal structures for storing auto parts and electric motors in Ulyanovsk, Russia. The common building consists of a warehouse and a two-story office (with a load on the interfloor ceiling of up to 300 kg / sq.m.), separated by a fire barrier (to the bottom of the roof)
All load-bearing structures are designed on the basis of a reliable HYBRID system (a combination of two technologies: Rigid Framing, when the columns are made out of ferrous metal and LSGF - trusses and girders made out of cold-formed galvanized profiles) The steel frame is sheathed with non-combustible sandwich panels (walls - 120mm, mineral wool and roofing - 150mm, mineral wool) including all fittings and fasteners.
