On the eve of the spring tourist season in the south of the country, one of the local boarding houses near the city of Alushta in the Crimea, Russia decided to place an order for 5 mini prefabricated detached hotels 5.5W x 21D x 3H at the Tula plant. Each hotel has 7 rooms, which include 1 toilet and 1 common living room with a panoramic window overlooking the sea. Reinforced structures for all framed openings (entrance doors and windows)
All load-bearing structures are designed on the basis of LSGF technology (cold-formed galvanized profiles), which has many advantages for the end client (low metal consumption, high reliability and durability, lightweight foundation in the form of reinforced concrete slabs, quick installation and 100% bolted connections - like a LEGO constructor) Hotels are designed taking into account 8 seismic points.
The steel frame is based exclusively on Russian metal with the Ist galvanized class (275 g/sq.m.). Internal vertical partitions are included in the building kit (thickness - 100mm, filler - mineral wool)
All hotels were easily calculated and designed in the free online service WebSteel.
