The PK Vesta plant announces an order for a prefabricated workshop 8W x 18L x 6H for the production of ceiling systems in Pushkino, Russia. The modern premises will accommodate new equipment, technical staff and a small office. It is planned to make new products for the Russian residential construction market with an emphasis on high-rise residential buildings in the central part of Russia. The workshop was designed on the basis of a hybrid system combining elements made out of ferrous metal (columns and interfloor slabs) and cold-formed profiles (LGF) for trusses and purlins. The load on the roof for the installation of a skylight for natural lighting of the interior of the building is taken into account. The lightweight metal frame is sheathed with non-flammable sandwich panels (roof – 200mm and walls – 150mm). The building kit includes all shaped and fastening elements. Everything is assembled like a LEGO set.
