Plant PK Vesta announces an order for a pre-fabricated workshop 15.5W x 44L x 8H with a 5.2t beam crane for maintenance and repair of gas equipment in Magnitogorsk, Russia
The PK Vesta plant announces the order of a prefabricated workshop 15.5W x 44L x 8H for the manufacture of metal structures. The client is an old engineering company that comprehensively services the main gas pipelines, systems and industrial equipment in the gas industry in Magnitogorsk, Russia. In order to expand the existing production, the client decided to build a new modern prefabricated steel building from light metal structures with a technical complex. A support crane beam is taken into account with a lifting capacity of 5.2t along the entire length of the building. The maximum possible number of double-glazed windows was used on one of the two long sides for natural lighting of the steel building inside.
The new steel building will adjoin the old shed at the end of the structure at a level of approximately 6 meters. A modern hybrid system (bimetal) with a combination of Rigid Framing (ferrous metal columns) and LSF (trusses and girders made from cold-formed profiles) was used. The steel frame is sheathed with non-combustible sandwich panels (walls - 120mm and roof - 150mm) All fittings and fasteners are included in the building kit. Everything is assembled on the building site, like a LEGO constructor without a single welding.
