We announce the placement of an order for a pre-fabricated workshop 12W x 36L x 6H for flour processing in Derbent, Russia
The PK Vesta plant received an order for the design and manufacture of a pre-fabricated flour mill in Derbent, Russia. The client decided to create a new production facility with further delivery of the finished product to nearby markets in southern Russia. The workshop will consist of three departments: preparatory, grinding and finished products. Flour production consumes a lot of energy, which will require its own energy management (electric power, steam power or diesel)
The steel frame of the prefabricated building is designed on the basis of the LSGF technology (galvanized cold-formed profiles), which provides 100% protection against corrosion. Everything is sheathed with non-combustible sandwich panels (walls - 120mm and roof - 150mm) with increased sound and heat insulation properties. The building kit includes all the necessary additional accessories (sectional insulated gates, doors, double-glazed windows and a polycarbonate skylight in the ridge part of the roof). The workshop is assembled like a LEGO constructor in literally 3-4 weeks on a ready foundation.
