Is there a prefabricated building warranty?
Yes. PK VESTA provides up to 12 months of basic warranty for wall and roof sandwich panels, prefabricated steel buildings, as well as for doors and gates. Under an extended warranty, the period can be increased up to 5 years, which largely depends on the operating conditions of the building in a particular environment and country.
PK VESTA guarantees the composition and quality of the supplied products in full accordance with the statement of work and the technical documentation that accompanies the supplied products. In the event that during the warranty period the product is found to be defective or not in accordance with the terms of the contract, we will eliminate the defects at our own expense.
The warranty period normally starts from the date of signing of the acceptance certificate of products on the territory of the manufacturer. The terms for eliminating defects are agreed upon depending on the complexity of their elimination. The warranty repair period should not exceed 30 working days. The warranty period is extended for a period corresponding to the downtime caused by defects and repairs.
