What does the steel frame consist of?

The rigid framing steel buildings usually consist of supporting load-bearing frames. These are columns (beams) of welded I- (H) beams obtained by automatic submerged arc welding. The transverse stability of the structure is ensured by the rigidity of the main frame, and the longitudinal stability is ensured by an additional frame, horizontal sandwich panels, a system of connections with struts. The individual elements of the building are connected using high-strength bolts.

The frame of structures made out of LSGF consists of galvanized vertical columns, horizontal beams (or trusses) and a secondary framing (cold-formed zinc-coated profiles) The thickness of the profiles reaches 4 mm. One of the main advantages of this frame is its high strength: according to research, it can withstand earthquakes up to 9.5 points on the Richter scale. In addition, this frame is characterized by high corrosion resistance for many years. All elements are made on modern European equipment (based on the steel with 1st class of galvanizing (275 g / sq.m.) In order to increase the rigidity of the secondary framing, the roof profiles are overlapped to create the effect of a continuous beam of the roof.
