What steel grade is used?
The connections of the frame elements are 100% bolted together. Depending on the specifics of the project, other steel grades can be used to increase the bearing capacity of the pre-fabricated building. All profiles (secondary framing), columns and trusses are made of high-quality steel with Ist galvanizing grade (yield strength 350 MPa or S350) The column base and frame connections are usually made of the welded plates (S245)
Black metal structures are primed (2 layers, thickness 80 microns) to prevent rust and protect during transportation and erection of the building. The building structures made of the LSGF are practically zinc-coated.
