PK Vesta announces the order of a prefabricated warehouse 24W x 54L x 7.5H in Okulovka near Veliky Novgorod, Russia (1 300 sq.m.) An old client (one of the largest furniture factories in Russia) ordered a second new steel building in order to store finished goods near the main production complex. The quick-erected single-span warehouse based on lightweight metal structures was calculated on the basis of the most advanced LSGF technology (lightweight frame made of cold-formed galvanized profiles), which provides cost savings of up to about 20% compared to a rigid system made out of welded beams. The warehouse will be delivered with non-combustible sandwich panels (walls / roof - 150 / 150mm). All fittings and fasteners are included in the building kit. Particular attention is paid to the heat-insulating properties of the building (cold bridges are minimized or eliminated at the junction of wall and roof panels, in the ridge and in the interface with the base) The highest quality national and foreign standards are applied (mineral wool density is at least 100 kg / cubic meter, thickness prof sheet - not less than 0.5 mm, 5 and humpback roofing panels for greater rigidity, only German adhesive base and I class of galvanizing for metal - 275 g / sq.m.)
