Modular checkpoints are small, durable steel buildings with a laconic design in which security equipment is installed. They have low technical requirements: they do not need to withstand high loads. However, such structures are designed for personnel to stay in them during the entire work shift and must meet all regulatory requirements.

Today, such structures are being built using prefabricated technologies: metal frame and sandwich panel modules ensure quick commissioning: a standard structure can be brought to the construction site almost ready, and on site it can only be installed and connected to utilities. It takes no more than 2-3 days. Construction costs are minimal.

The main stages of the construction of a modular checkpoint building

  1. At the preliminary stage, design is carried out, the installation site is selected, and geodetic surveys are carried out.
  2. Site planning is underway at the construction site. Light metal structures can be installed without a foundation, if its dimensions are large enough, a pile or column foundation is used.
  3. Metal structures are brought to the site in the form of already processed profiles or block containers, all elements are assembled together.
  4. The plant manufactures: load-bearing metal structures; sandwich panels for walls and internal partitions; ceilings and roof structures; window and door blocks.
