PK VESTA announces an order for a new modern pre-engineered city hospital 36W x 46L x 3.5H (1 656 sq.m.) in Novomoskovsk, Russia
A client has placed an order for a pre-engineered modern 36W x 46L x 3.5H city hospital in Novomoskovsk, Russia. The new department will feature 24/7 ultrasound, X-ray and endoscopy services. All procedures will be combined in a single space. The construction of the new modular steel building will increase the department's throughput, expedite emergency hospitalization, and improve the quality of medical care for patients.
The steel frame will be fully designed using innovative Light Steel Framing (cold-formed galvanized profiles) technology, providing virtually 100% anticorrosion protection and 100% bolted connections without welding, rivets, or screws. The hospital will be assembled like a LEGO set, with a high degree of prefabrication and a short lead time. The cladding is constructed using traditional fire-resistant sandwich panels and sheet-by-sheet assembly, with occasional use of ventilated facades (composite cassettes). A stepped parapet is incorporated at the building's ends to enhance the exterior appearance.
