PK VESTA announces an order for a pre-engineered school, gym and cafeteria 21W x 56L x 3.5H (1 174 sq.m.), made out of Light Steel Framing in Gurzuf, Crimea, Russia
The Tula plant has received another order for a commercial pre-engineered school measuring 21W x 56L x 3.5H in Gurzuf, Crimea, Russia. We negotiated extensively with the investor and the local general contractor, agreeing on the overall project concept (location, dimensions, construction types, construction technology, facades, etc.).
PK VESTA decided to use a traditional «internal thermal envelope» to facilitate the installation of interior partitions. The prefabricated school will have multiple functional areas (classrooms, hallways, lounges, a gym, a cafeteria, locker rooms, etc.).
The steel frame was designed using Light Steel Framing technology (LSF), providing 100% corrosion protection for all frame elements (columns, trusses, and purlins). The steel building design utilized ONLY bolted connections, eliminating welding, screws, and rivets.
The steel building is sheathed internally with non-combustible 120mm sandwich panels (mineral rock wool. All fittings and fasteners are included in the building kit.
The investor designed the pre-engineered school using the free online WebSteel system, available 24/7 to anyone worldwide.
