Tula Plant announces an order for a pre-engineered warehouse 20W x 74L x 4.3H for storing food products in Lugansk, Russia. The client is one of the local producers of flour and cereals. In order to expand production capacity, a decision was made to build a new prefabricated warehouse on the company's premises. Considering the experience of working in the southern part of the country, a decision was made to work with the Tula Plant.
The steel frame with a 20meter span (without columns inside) is designed entirely on the basis of the most modern Light Steel Framing technology (cold-formed galvanized profiles) taking into account the use of high-strength steel grades (with a yield strength of up to 420 MPa). The steel framing is sheathed with non-combustible sandwich panels (walls - 100 mm and roof - 150 mm), including fittings and fasteners. For the client, it was important to have 100% protection from corrosion and 100% bolted connection without any welding at the assembly stage.
The steel warehouse was calculated in the free web service WebSteel, available 24/7.
