PK VESTA announces an order for a pre-engineered workshop 28W x 102L x 7.2H for the production of sandwich panels in the village of Kushchevskaya, Russia
The client, specializing in the production of modern cladding structures in the non-residential construction market, decided to expand its own production facilities in the southern part of Russia. The choice fell on the Tula plant, which has extensive experience in designing similar steel buildings with a span of 30 meters wide.
The steel frame was designed based on the classic HYBRID technology (using red-iron metal for load-bearing columns and LSF system for trusses and purlins) It was important for the client to have a single-span design without any columns inside the building to accommodate expensive equipment, which gives complete freedom in possible future redevelopment of the building.
Welding work is completely absent. In the design scheme of the building 100% bolted connections are used. The assembly of such buildings takes an average of 1 month. It is planned to install automatic fire extinguishing systems inside the building.
The prefabricated workshop was calculated in the online WebSteel system.
