PK Vesta announces an order for a pre-fabricated workshop 18W x 45L x 8H with a 5t crane beam for the production of technological equipment for the food industry in Ramenskoye, Russia
One of the local old factories decided to expand the existing production. The company specializes in the design, manufacture and installation of equipment for the food industry (dairy industry, cheese production, confectionery industry, wine and brewing industry, sauces, mayonnaises, etc.)
The prefabricated shop is designed on the basis of reliable HYBRID technology (combination Rigid Framing for columns (welded beams) and LSF for trusses and secondary framing). No welding. The steel frame is assembled only on 100% bolted connection. The load from 5 ton crane along the entire length of the building is taken into account (crane beams are included in the building kit) The steel frame is sheathed with non-combustible sandwich panels (walls - 120mm and roofing - 150mm) Installation of such buildings usually takes no more than 1 month.
