PK VESTA announces the completion of our latest pre-engineered warehouse, measuring 18W x 54L x 6H (1 944 sq.m.) fully made out of light gauge steel framing, for a local farmer in Batumi, Georgia. Everything went smoothly! The steel frame was assembled in just over a week. The steel building was designed using LSGF technology as a single-span structure (without internal columns), taking into account increased wind loads and seismicity.
It provides 100% anti corrosion protection (versus red-iron metal frames), which is especially important given the high humidity levels associated with the proximity of the Black Sea. Many clients in Georgia import steel buildings from Saudi Arabia and the UAE, but production times can reach 5-6 months. We manufacture similar buildings in Russia in 1-1.5 months.
The prefabricated warehouse was designed using the free online platform WebSteel.
