The PK Vesta plant announces an order for a prefabricated two-story workshop 10W x 14L x 6H in Krasnogorsk, Russia. The client plans to produce his products on the territory of the cottage village and present them in his office on the second floor. Construction type - single pitch roof. A flat parapet was used at the ends of the building. Load on the interfloor ceiling - up to 300 kg / sq.m. (under the office) Inside the steel building, a mid-flight staircase is taken into account with the technological framed opening in the interfloor overlap. Also, there will be an external spiral staircase for the operation of the roof.
The light metal frame is based on the well-known hybrid technology (Rigid Framing + LSF) and is sheathed with non-combustible sandwich panels (walls and roof - 150mm, mineral wool). The building kit includes sectional gates and several fire-proof doors. For facades, the client chose neutral, strict gray colors with a combination of white.
