PK VESTA Plant announces an order for a prefabricated warehouse 18W x 42L x 5.5H in Losino-Petrovsky, Moscow Region, Russia
Local developers from the Moscow region decided to build a new pre-engineered warehouse for rent to potential clients. Due to the general geopolitical situation in the world and in Russia, there is a huge demand for warehouse space up to 1 500 sq.m. within the country.
A typical warehouse solution made out of lightweight metal structures 18W x 42L x 5.5H was selected at the Tula plant, designed on the basis of the most modern LSGF (cold-formed profiles) technology. The client set the task of providing almost complete anti-corrosion protection of the steel frame without the need to apply protective paint after the building was erected. The steel frame is assembled on the basis of 100% bolted connections without any welding work, like a LEGO constructor.
The thermal circuit is created using non-combustible sandwich panels (walls - 100 mm and roof - 150 mm). The building kit includes insulated sectional gates 4x4.2, fire-proof doors 1x2.1 and double-glazed windows.
The prefabricated steel warehouse was calculated in the free online service WebSteel.
