The Tula plant announces the installation of a modern pre-fabricated shopping center 30W x 60L x 6H (inside) The most proven HYBRID technology is used (a combination of Rigid Framing - welded beam and LSGF - cold-formed galvanized profile) with a rare single-span steel truss structure up to 30 meters without internal load-bearing columns. All snow and wind loads with seismicity are taken into account (II snow, IV wind, and up to 9 points according to MSK). The entire steel structure is assembled completely on 100% bolted joints without a single welding seam, like a LEGO constructor.
In the future, everything is sheathed with standard non-combustible sandwich panels (120mm walls and 150mm roof). All fittings and fasteners are included in the building kit.
