Plant PK Vesta announces the order of a pre-fabricated warehouse/workshop 24W x 42L x 6H for the storage of lumber in Ruza, MO, Russia
One of the largest holdings in Russia turned to the Tula plant on recommendations for a pre-fabricated warehouse/workshop 24W x 42L x 6H from light metal structures. The company is an international manufacturing holding that supplies processed wood to more than 30 countries on 3 continents. The new steel building will house partially state-of-the-art equipment (sawmill, drying complex, pellet line, molding line, packaging line) and finished products in packs. The territory of the plant is expanding (about 9 hectares of land, processing more than 15,000 cubic meters of products monthly. Staff - more than 250 people)
The steel frame is designed on the basis of a reliable HYBRID system (a combination of Rigid Framing for ordinary columns and Light Steel Framing for truss structures with a secondary framing). The steel building is assembled completely on 100% bolted connections, like a LEGO constructor. Non-combustible sandwich panels are used (walls - 100mm and roofing - 150mm), taking into account all fittings and fasteners. Colors: walls - Gray 7004 and White 9003. Roof - White 9003. Several sectional doors 3x3, 4x4.2 and 5x5.2 are included in the building package.
The prefabricated warehouse was designed in the online system WebSteel.
