The Tula plant announces an order for a prefabricated cheese factory 18W x 30L x 4H in the village Kanerga, Russia. Having owned cowsheds, the owner decided to process milk and produce hard and soft cheese for delivery to retail chains and directly to end customers.
The prefabricated steel building is designed on the basis of the most modern LSF technology (light steel thin-walled structures based on galvanized profiles), providing almost 100% protection against corrosion. The steel frame is assembled based on the 100% bolted-together design without welding within 1 month. A reinforced concrete slab is poured in advance as a type of foundation. The load-bearing structures are sheathed on the outside with non-flammable sandwich panels taking into account special coatings (PVDF and PURAL) for certain rooms inside the steel building (cheese ripening chamber, main laboratory, etc.) The building kit includes double fire-proof doors, internal partitions (100mm), fittings and fasteners.
The prefabricated cheese factory was designed in the free WebSteel configurator.
