The PK Vesta plant placed an order for a prefabricated new sewing factory 24W x 27L x 3.5H in Bogorodsk, Russia. The company has been an old Russian player among factories in the country for the production of special clothing and footwear since 1991, having its own design department, automated equipment and staff of specialists with many years of experience. In order to expand the existing production base, the client decided to purchase a new sewing building in Tula.
The load-bearing steel frame was designed in the free online system WebSteel based on a reliable hybrid system (a combination of ferrous metal and cold-formed galvanized profiles) The building kit includes all enclosing structures (non-combustible sandwich panels with 120mm for walls and 150mm for roofing), internal partitions, fittings and fasteners. All empty wall framed openings are reinforced to ensure rigidity.
