The PK Vesta plant announces an order for a pre-engineered workshop/warehouse 18W x 36L x 8H with a 5t crane in Aleksin, Russia
The Tula plant announces an order for a prefabricated steel workshop/warehouse 18W x 36L x 8H based on a hybrid system with a 5t crane in Aleksin, Russia. One of the largest engineering companies in the Central Federal District of Russia has been producing and supplying unique equipment (devices for separating water from crude oil, electrical heating and power supply systems, etc.) for the oil, gas and chemical industries for more than 30 years. They undertake the full cycle of construction of new, reconstruction and modernization of existing technological production facilities.
The client decided to expand the existing production and install new modern equipment with warehousing capabilities based on a 5-tier storage system. The light steel frame is designed on the basis of a HYBRID system (a combination of black metal for columns, taking into account crane beams under 5 tons and light steel frames (LSGF) for trusses and purlins) Everything is covered with wall non-combustible insulated sandwich panels (100mm for the walls and 150mm for the roof) The building kit includes all fittings and fastenings elements, sectional doors 4.2W x 4.5H, fire doors 1W x 2.1H and roof skylight (3W x 12L) in the central part of the ridge.
The prefabricated steel building was designed and calculated in the free online system WebSteel, available 24/7 in Eurasia, the Middle East and Africa.
