The PK Vesta plant announces the order of a prefabricated workshop / warehouse 18W x 36L x 8H for the manufacture of industrial gases in Pavlovsky Posad, Russia. The client is an engineering company operating throughout Russia and the CIS, who decided to set up the new manufacturing facility for the production of various types of technical gases (nitrogen, argon, oxygen, helium, carbon dioxide, etc.) It is planned to purchase modern equipment at the plant, create an additional engineering group, including services for the delivery of gas monoblocks to anywhere in the country.
The pre-fabricated steel structure is designed on the basis of a reliable proven HYBRID system (columns are made of ferrous metal, and trusses and girders are made of LSF). A beam crane with a lifting capacity of 3.2t is taken into account along the entire length of the steel building. The steel frame is sheathed with non-combustible sandwich panels (walls - 100mm and roofing 150mm, mineral wool). Also, all fittings and fasteners are included in the building package. In facade solutions, the client chose a combination of two colors: gray (7004) and brown (8017)
