PK Vesta announces the following:
1) The full cycle of plant modernization, which takes place approximately once every 5 years, is almost complete.
2) We launched a new ultra-modern roll forming line (with a high level of automation), the testing of which lasted more than 1 year.
3) We actively began to use high-strength steel grades up to S420, W-shaped profiles up to 350, with a thickness of up to 3.5 mm, an error in punching holes - up to 0.5 mm in design solutions. We actively export the steel buildings worldwide.
4) Now we often use pre-engineered steel buildings in a single-span design up to 24/30 meter span and with a height of up to 6/8 meters (with a certain combination of loads) - entirely based on LSF technology and high-strength steel grades.
5) The process of surface preparation of elements made of red-iron metal (shaped elements) is currently almost mechanized with minimal participation of workers.
6) We have abandoned plasma cutting and began to use laser machines (from 6 kW and above) Metal cutting - up to 24 mm. The quality of metalworking has significantly improved.
7) On average, when manufacturing the main elements of a typical steel building (approximately 1 500 sq.m.) out of Light Steel Framing (24W x 60L x 6H), a maximum of 1-2 people are involved at the plant.
8) A deep modernization of the WebSteel online system is being carried out with many innovative solutions.
A higher level of automation has practically minimized the probability of potential errors at the stage of manufacturing and especially assembly of steel structures. All steel buildings from PK Vesta:
1) are a full-fledged LEGO constructor, which is assembled in a short period of time (usually up to 1 month)
2) often do not require high qualification and experience of assembly team.
3) provide almost 100% anti-corrosion protection
4) do not require welding at the assembly stage.
5) Are, on average, 15-20% cheaper than structures made out of red-iron metal.
