PK Vesta announces an order for a pre-engineered 22W x 55L x 7H cold storage warehouse for a furniture production facility in Sevastopol, Crimea, Crimea, Russia.
A client from Sevastopol, Crimea ordered a pre-fabricated 22W x 55L x 7H cold storage warehouse from the Tula plant using Light Steel Framing (LSF) technology to ensure 100% anti corrosion protection. The steel building is located in a coastal area with high humidity.
In addition to galvanized cold-formed profiles with a class I galvanization rating (275 g/sq.m.), the PK Vesta plant actively uses automatic cleaning equipment to prepare the surface of ferrous metal elements (approximately 25% of the total frame weight) before powder coating (approximately 2 layers or 120 microns). The steel frame is sheathed with vertical corrugated sheets. Sectional gates with fire-proof doors are located at the building ends.
The furniture factory is one of the leading suppliers of its products (furniture, laminated chipboard and MDF facades, components, etc.) in southern Russia.
The pre-engineered cold storage facility was designed and calculated using the free WebSteel web service.
