1. List of processed personal data
My personal data that I provide independently when filling out feedback forms, requesting a call back, or calculating costs:
- Surname, first name, patronymic;
- Contact phone number;
- Email address (e-mail);
- Organization name and position (if applicable).
The Operator is also entitled to process technical data transmitted automatically: IP address, cookies, browser information, geolocation data — for the purpose of site administration, protection against bots, and analysis of user behavior.
2. Purposes of personal data processing
Processing is carried out exclusively for the following purposes:
- Scheduling a consultation, site inspection, or technical expertise;
- Preparation and submission of commercial proposals, estimates, and cost calculations for products/services;
- Conclusion and execution of contracts for the supply of pre-engineered buildings or metal structures;
- Informing about order status, production timelines, and delivery schedules;

The aforementioned personal data will be processed using mixed methods (automated and non-automated) utilizing databases located within the territory of the Russian Federation. Automated processing of personal data resulting in decisions that produce legal or other significant consequences is not performed.
I grant the Operator the right to perform all actions (operations) with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access) to courier services and partner factories based on relevant agreements and solely for contract performance, blocking, deletion, and destruction.
Cross-border transfer of personal data is not performed.
4. Guarantee of accuracy
By giving this Consent, I guarantee that I am of legal age, the provided phone number and email belong to me personally, and the submitted information is accurate and up-to-date. I bear the risk of any negative consequences associated with providing inaccurate data.
5. Term and withdrawal of consent
This Consent is valid from the date of its provision until the processing purposes are achieved or until it is withdrawn. The condition for terminating the processing of personal data is the Operator's receipt of a written withdrawal notice from me. Withdrawal is sent in simple written form to the Operator's postal address or via email: info@pkvesta.ru. Personal data shall be destroyed within 30 business days from the date of receiving the Consent withdrawal, unless otherwise stipulated by the agreement or legislation of the Russian Federation (e.g., accounting record retention periods).
I have the right to access my personal data, request their correction, blocking, and destruction, as well as the right to contact the authorized body for the protection of subjects' rights (Roskomnadzor).
