PK VESTA announces an order for a pre-engineered 6W x 12L x 4H apple cider production hall in Bogoroditsk, Russia
A local entrepreneur has ordered a new prefabricated 6W x 12L x 4H steel building for their apple cider production facility in Bogoroditsk, Russia. Cider is made using special "cider" apple varieties, characterized by high tannin content, acidity, and a rich aroma.
The facility is divided into functional zones: a heated zone—a warehouse/workshop for production and storage (fermentation equipment and tanks)—and a roofed canopy without wall cladding. The steel frame was designed using light gauge steel framing technology (LSGF) This type of production requires 100% corrosion protection of the steel frame to ensure effective disinfection during the apple juice fermentation stage inside the heated facility. The steel building can be assembled in just a few days using 100% bolted connections, like a LEGO set.
The pre-engineered workshop was designed using the free WebSteel web service (http://websteel.pkvesta.com)
