PK VESTA announces an order for a pre-engineered office 9W x 14L x 3H, made out of LSGF in Fryazino, Moscow Region, Russia
The Tula plant has placed another order for a prefabricated office 9W x 14L x 3H for a local corrugated packaging manufacturer. The owner requested a lightweight steel frame solution designed before the New Year, eliminating welding, rivets, and screws, using only 100% bolted connections. The office was designed entirely using light gauge steel framing (LGSF), ensuring 100% ainticorrosion protection for the steel frame, eliminating any further costs for anti-cavity work.
It was also important to ensure high thermal insulation building properties based on the following cladding thicknesses: walls and roof – 150 mm (non-combustible mineral Rockwool). Internally, it is planned to use thermostatically controlled convectors (there is no gas on the plant site) to automatically control the temperature in each room.
Inside the steel building, an efficient roof skylight made out of wear-resistant industrial polycarbonate (16 mm, 4-layer) has been installed at the top of the corridor to provide natural light and minimize artificial lighting costs. Partitions inside the building will be made out of paintable gypsum board. The building will be assembled quickly (up to 2-3 weeks) on a reinforced concrete slab.
The pre-engineered office was priced using the free web service WebSteel (http://websteel.pkvesta.com)
