PK VESTA announces an order for a pre-engineered two-story extension measuring 10W x 16L x 3.6/2.1H for an auto repair shop in Arkhangelsk, Russia.
The owner of a local auto repair shop decided to place an order with the Tula plant for a small pre-engineered extension to the main building: 10W x 16L x 3.6/2.1H. The shop drawings of the existing steel building were used as a basis for the future connection of the two structures.
The design of the new building utilized a classic hybrid system (columns and interfloor beams made out of furious metal with partial use of light gauge steel framing (LGSF), and trusses and purlins made out of cold-formed profiles entirely) Three 3x3 sectional doors and fire-proof doors are used. The maximum cladding (sandwich panels) thickness was chosen: walls – 150mm, roof – 200mm (mineral Rock wool) The building kit includes all fittings and fasteners, similar to LEGO construction kits. The floor load is up to 300 kg/sq.m. (all primary and secondary beams included)
