PK VESTA announces an order for a pre-engineered warehouse and office measuring 24W x 60L x 10H (1,440 sq.m.) for storing hardware and fasteners in Moscow, Russia. The client specializes in supplying international hardware from various countries to Russia. Due to increased demand, the decision was made to expand its distribution network in Eurasia using the new modern prefabricated warehouse. ???? The plan is to install a multi-tier storage system and use modern high-rise hoists. ????
The lightweight metal frame was designed using a reliable hybrid system (ferrous metal columns and light gauge steel (LSG) trusses and purlins) with a single-span, column-free design and an internal building height of up to 10 meters ???? Cladding system: walls – 120 mm (mineral Rockwool) and roof – 150 mm (mineral Rockwool). Assembly of such steel buildings takes a maximum of 1 month. ???? A 3W x 54D skylight was used on the roof for natural lighting of the steel building (based on industrial polycarbonate: 16 mm, 4-layer).
