PK VESTA announces an order for a pre-engineered warehouse/production hall (24W x 60L x 6H; 1,440 sq. m.) made out of LGSF (Light Gauge Steel Framing) for a local cement plant in Naro-Fominsk, Moscow Region, Russia
The Russian representative office of a Belarusian cement plant decided to order a standard warehouse/production hall (24W x 60L x 6H; 1,440 sq. m.) in order to establish a new distribution center in Russia. The holding company is actively diversifying its business across various market sectors (aerated concrete blocks, chalk, dry construction mixes, silicate bricks, etc.).
PK Vesta proposed a standard solution utilizing LGSF technology (cold-formed galvanized profiles), ensuring a rapid production timeline of 1–1.5 months from the time of the deal (including the adaptation of structural steel and assembly drawings)
The steel frame features 100% anti-corrosion protection and is assembled entirely using high-strength bolted connections—requiring no welding, rivets, or self-tapping screws. The structure is clad in non-combustible sandwich panels (100/120 mm, mineral Rockwool) and includes all necessary trim elements and fasteners. The building kit also incorporates glazing units, sectional gates (4 x 4.2 m), and fire-resistant doors.
The pre-engineered workshop was designed using the free WebSteel online service (http://websteel.pkvesta.com)
