PK Vesta announces an order for two pre-engineered warehouses measuring 24W x 60L x 6H (2,880 sq.m.) for lease for a Light Industrial project in Ryazan, Russia. One of our existing clients has decided to expand its warehouse space due to increased demand in his region. The steel building will be divided into two or three sections (internal mobile partitions) for lease to potential clients. All basic utilities (gas, water, electricity, lighting, etc.) are already connected to the site, including paved roads. An office and security are also available.
The steel frame (columns, trusses, and purlins) is fully designed using modern Light Steel Framing (LSF) technology, using high-strength steel grades (up to C390). It provides 100% corrosion protection, unlike frames made out of ferrous metals. The warehouse has no load-bearing columns inside, allowing for the creation of any functional areas. The frame cladding consists of non-combustible sandwich panels (100mm walls and 150mm roof, mineral Rockwool)
