PK VESTA announces an order for two pre-engineered workshops (15W x 12L x 6H and 15W x 36L x 6.2H) for processing various metals and alloys in Pavlovsky Posad, Russia
After extensive market analysis, the client decided to place an order with the Tula plant for the construction of two new, state-of-the-art workshops (15W x 12L x 6H and 15W x 36L x 6.2H – 720 sq.m., with no internal columns) for processing various metals and alloys with a highly intelligent component in Pavlovsky Posad, Russia. A Niton spectral analyzer is used to accurately determine the chemical composition of any metal and alloy. After processing, the final raw materials are sold to highly-tech companies. A complete equipment package has already been purchased for further scaling of the business.
The building's steel frame is designed using the latest construction technology – cold-formed galvanized steel sections (LSGF), which provides 100% anticorrosion protection. The steel frame is assembled using ONLY 100% bolted connections, with no welding, rivets, or screws. The cladding includes 100mm thick mineral wool walls and 150mm thick mineral wool roofing. The building kit includes 4.2x5.4mm sectional doors and 1W x 2.1H fire-proof doors.
