The PK VESTA plant announces an order for a modern office/museum (10W x 15L x 3.6/3H) in Saki, Crimea, Russia for a major Russian developer
This pre-engineered steel building will serve as a high-end office and showroom (10W x 15L x 3.6/3H) located within local residential complexes. The client requested a modern hybrid construction technology utilizing Light Gauge Steel Framing (LGSF) as the primary structural element. The entire metal framework is modular and fully demountable, featuring 100% bolted connections (strength class 8.8) that ensure virtually 100% anti-corrosion resistance. A single-slope roof design was selected, incorporating flat end-wall parapets to create the visual impression of a flat roof.
The steel structure utilizes non-combustible wall and roof sandwich panels (150/150 mm) and features accent corner detailing—specifically ventilated facade elements (composite cassettes)—complemented by tall, narrow "French-style" windows and extensive linear glazing.
