PK Vesta announces the following:
1) The full plant modernization cycle has been completed.
2) Several state-of-the-art roll forming lines have dramatically increased the level of automation at the plant. The main steel frame elements in several large projects were produced by a maximum of two people for buildings with an area of 2,500 square meters in a short timeframe (versus 10-15 welders at other plants).
3) The use of high-strength steel grades (up to S420) has become a permanent part of design solutions in 2025 for main projects.
4) We are actively constructing spans up to 30 meters wide (excluding internal columns) and up to 8 meters high (underside of load-bearing structures) – all using Light Steel Framing technology (LSF)
5) Prefabricated elements are now supplied exclusively with a powder coating, without the use of a temporary protective primer-enamel coating.
6) A comprehensive upgrade of the WebSteel online system is nearing completion, featuring a multitude of innovative solutions.
7) We have begun actively using more modern façade solutions in combination with classic sandwich panels (ventilated facades, utility lines, decorative elements, double-glazed windows, three-dimensional letters, etc.) in projects.
8) The share of export projects exceeded 40% in 2025.
